About the position
As a Recruiter Europe you won’t sit still within ESDEC; the solar market is growing very fast! This means that we are looking for a lot of solar heroes who want to join our beautiful company. Whether it concerns Logistics Employees, Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers or Customer Service Employees: you know the drill. You have been doing recruitment for some years and are ready to take the lead in recruitment and labor market communication. You search all recruitment channels, build a network, set up events together with marketing to attract talent and you ensure that the business is served in the best possible way. You are member of the European HR Team Europe and report to the HR Manager Europe.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Formulating a Recruitment and Selection strategy for ESDEC Europe;
  • Develop and initiate improvements in labor market communication and recruitment;
  • Taking up vacancies, writing promotional texts, facilitating and steering the selection process;
  • Inform managers about the progress of the vacancy, used channels and candidates;
  • Selecting and managing agencies with good terms and conditions;
  • Setting up and maintaining a clear recruiting dashboard.

The job requirements

  • You have about 5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technical / industrial environment;
  • Looking at the population you’re serving, Dutch and English is required;
  • You are very skillful when it comes to IT/automation and its use in the recruitment process;
  • HBO work and thinking level.

  • You are ready for your next step and see a challenge in the further professionalization of Recruitment;
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit; you understand what (internal) customers and candidates expect;
  • You are keen in analyzing the market and know how to anticipate this;
  • You have a driver’s license and don’t mind traveling;
  • Finally, you are flexible and a self-starter. Half a word is enough for you!
