FlatFix Wave Plus is designed for large-scale projects in which large, next-generation solar panels can also be used. The limited number of mounting steps, the unfolding, pre-assembled base units and the unique panel locking system mean super-fast installation without screws and tools. The dual setup ensures the most balanced energy yield throughout the day and makes it possible to maximize the use of the roof’s surface as efficiently as possible. Because the panels are clamped on the long side, the risk of damage to the panels is minimized. FlatFix Wave Plus meets the strictest corrosion requirements and has been extensively tested and developed in accordance to various international safety standards.

For what kinds of roof is FlatFix Wave Plus suitable?

FlatFix Wave Plus is ideally suited for (large) flat commercial roofs, where the priority is maximum efficiency.

For what panels/panel dimensions is FlatFix Wave Plus suitable?

The current stabilizer length is optimized for panel lengths up to 2400mm and panel widths from 975 to 1149mm.

How can FlatFix Wave Plus be grounded and bonded?

The system is made entirely of steel and the panels are connected to it by means of a serrated edge on the high base. By connecting the field with a 6mm² ground cable, it can be connected to a ground point at the inverter.

Why does FlatFix Wave Plus use 2 carriers per panel?

Because this allows the solar panel to be optimally supported. Certainly in the case of larger panels (72cell) there is a limit to the forces that a panel can withstand if only fixed on the short side.
